Sometimes we must remember
In order to forget
and find our sorrow and remorse
to free us from regret.
Pain givers and receivers
on both sides of the line
are blurred and intermingled
in this, fates strange design.
What is closure?  What’s and end?
What’s forgiveness or blame
when love and points of view are clashed?
What’s worthiness or shame?
Sometimes to reach the future
we must confront the past
and lose the chains of what has gone
for freedom at long last.

I wrote this poem a little while back. It's just about moving on with your life, really.

Closure I like the theme. On the 9th line did you mean "an" instead of "and"?

:jsenn:Don't try to see me--for all there is to see is a mere shell. Look at me through bone and flesh and see what is indeed the true me. :bookdiva:
